Deposit and Payment
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
- Full Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- Preferred Payment: US mailed bank/personal check. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) are accepted.
- Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 14 days of check-out if the condo is left in satisfactory condition.
Cancellations
- Cancellations over 60 days: The deposit may be applied to a future stay within one year.
- Cancellations 30-60 days: The deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellations under 30 days: The deposit and any rental payments will be forfeited.
- Trip Insurance: Highly recommended.
Cleaning Fees
- Standard Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee of $125 is applicable to all stays.
- Interim Cleanings: Additional cleanings can be scheduled for longer stays or specific requests.
General Policies
- Room Keys: Keys should be left in the condo. Lost keys will incur a $25 replacement fee.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. Designated smoking areas are available near the BBQs.
- Property: Moving items between condos is not allowed.
- Occupancy: The rental occupancy must be adhered to. Violations may result in loss of deposits and eviction.
- Towels: Missing beach or bath towels will incur a $15 charge each.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Rates and Taxes
- Rates: Rates are valid through the end of the calendar year and are subject to change without notice.
- Currency: Rates are in US dollars.
- Taxes: Hawaiian taxes (currently 18%) are applicable.
- Occupancy: Rates are for two guests per unit.
- Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit is required for all stays.
- Minimum Stay: There is no minimum nightly requirement.
- Cleaning Fee: A $125 cleaning fee applies to all stays.
- Rate Confirmation: Rates are set upon reservation confirmation.
Additional Considerations:
- Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours, especially during late nights and early mornings.
- Parking: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Amenities: Please refer to the resort’s amenities list for details on available facilities.
- Emergencies: In case of emergencies, contact the local authorities then the resorts management.
